convenient location comfortable room excellent view
i enjoyed the close proximity to the exhibition center and the riverbank. the hotel offered convenient access to the outlet. the room was comfortable with excellent views of the yarra river and city skyline. i liked the central location for exploring.
housekeeping missed some details, a little disappointing.

Really good Stay at this Waterfront Gem
diverse option fresh fruit friendly staff window view
The breakfast buffet included diverse options with fresh fruits and pastries, which I very enjoy. The location next to the convention center and South Wharf makes exploring easy. Staff are friendly and professional at the front desk and bar. The river view from the window add a touch of magic to the stay.
The gym feels slightly small for a five star hotel, it had limited equipment.

The room had cleaned and well presented features upon my arrival. The bed was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom included modern fixtures and ample lighting, so I liked it.

The breakfast buffet offers numerous choices and quality foods and beverage. The location is next to DFO and the convention center. I had easy access to the free city tram stop at Batman Park.

The staff was helpful. They happily answered my questions and requests. Check-in was smooth and efficient. I find Jane was helpful with organizing a late checkout.
